Quite far away from train station. I booked wrongly. Mistaken as Venice town. Actually I need to travel about half an hour's to reach Venice town. Room quite small and need to climb up and down stairs to the room.

A cozy hotel without any frills, there is an elevator to each floor. The room itself is opened by a key card (which, if desired, will be restored for free if you lock it in the room like I did). The mattress on the bed is excellent. A large number of sockets and a small table for the computer make up a great temporary home. The service did not disappoint, the room was cleaned well upon request. Mostly, the poorly working air conditioner was disappointing. It seemed to blow cool air, but so weakly that the overall temperature of the room did not change. I also did not like the view from the window. It simply led to another wall a meter from the window, not very cinematic...

It fulfills its purpose perfectly. It honestly upholds its three stars. Friendly staff throughout. Scrupulously clean, a hearty breakfast constantly replenished. Decent room with a comfortable mattress for resting after a busy day in Venice. There are plenty of dining options nearby. A bus to Venice (30 minutes) is 20 meters from the hotel. Free luggage storage. Excellent value for money.
